Executive Office
A fully furnished and serviced office space designed for businesses, offering essential administrative and operational support. It includes modern amenities, conference and meeting rooms, with access to an online customer portal and a business directory. Located near major transport hubs, including Ajman port and airports.
Warehouse
Warehouse spaces starting at 100 m², with free office spaces included. These warehouses offer 24/7 security, parking, and access to at least 14 resident visas for your business. Located near Ajman port, Sharjah and Dubai airports.

The warehouses complex has significantly expanded and now covers all the area around Ajman Sea Port. The Customs and Immigration office is conveniently located just across the road from Ajman Free Zone.

Package with Multiple Visas
The cost for packages with two or more visas increases significantly. The number of visas depends on the chosen facility. For example:
- Flexi-desk: Up to 2 visas.
- Warehouse: Apply for 10 or more visas.
Visa Procedure
The procedure for obtaining a resident visa under your free zone company is similar to other free zones:
- Business Registration: 1 day
- Establishment Card: 3-5 working days
- E-channel Registration: 2-3 working days
- Entry Visa: 5 days
- Medical Checkup: 1 day
- Biometrics: 1 day
- Visa Approval: 3-5 days after biometrics
- Emirates ID: 5-7 days after visa approval
Important Notes
If you are processing your resident visa while in the UAE on a tourist visa, you will need to change your status from tourist to resident after the entry visa is issued.
Additionally, you can complete the medical checkup and Emirates ID procedure in Dubai for an extra fee of 100 AED.
